Our fees are tailored to specific properties and the extent of professional services required.

Typical residential survey fees range from £1,000 (inc VAT) to proportionally less than 1/1000th of the purchase price for multi million pound purchases.

Our photographically illustrated, easy to read, reports are issued by e mail and we are happy to update them as more information becomes available.

​

Where appropriate, our hourly fee rate is £250 + VAT, for general building surveying advice, £275 + VAT for party wall matters, and £300 + VAT for disputes and complex projects.

 

Rates are secondary to the quantum of work performed per hour.

 

For example, for party wall matters, are usually lower than less experienced (often duplicitous) surveyors and are demonstrated by way of detailed time sheets prior to invoicing.​
