Our fees are tailored to specific properties and the extent of professional services required.

Typical residential survey fees range from £975 (inc VAT) to proportionally less than 1/1000th of the purchase price for multi million pound purchases.

Our photographically illustrated, easy to read, reports are issued by e mail and we are happy to update them as more information becomes available.

​

Where appropriate, our hourly fee rate is £225 + VAT, for general building surveying advice, £275 + VAT for party wall matters, and £300 + VAT for disputes and complex projects.
